How I used the egg fast diet to shed 7 lbs in 36 hours

all righty this is milas from first-time,  and losing it and I wanted to do an article on the results of my egg fasts. for those of you that don't know what an egg fast, is it's where you eat just eggs butter ,and cheese for a three to five day period. so for every egg you eat you have to eat, at least one tablespoon of fat, and you're also allowed six ounces of cheese. a day you also have to drink at least 100 ounces of water. a day so I'm happy to finally reveal my results. I lost 10 pounds on a 7 day egg fast it was really like a five-day egg fat, on day 6 and a 7 you're transitioning the egg fast is well known in the keto community, and the excess is usually done. when you have a wait stall a wait stall is when you go about 3 weeks without any kind of weight loss. so I've been doing keto for 31 weeks before I started the egg fast and I've never
really had a stall there was a week .where I gained 2 point something pounds and there was also a couple weeks here.
and there where I stayed the same, but I never went more than 2 weeks without losing some weight. so I never technically, I went through a weights toll but I decided to try the egg fast because my monthly weight loss numbers was steadily getting lower so I was kind of getting discouraged but I gave into temptation and on the Saturday and Sunday before going on the egg fasts I just ate whatever I wanted for dinner and then just had some snacks too afterwards so during that weekend I gained four point nine pounds so I really pushed myself to do the egg fast to see if I could recover from this weight gain had great things about people losing lots of weight doing the egg fast and when I was doing research on it I came across the I breathe I'm hungry website and there she did the egg fest herself and she lost I think seven point something pounds
and while she was doing the egg fest she started coming up with these creative recipes using just the eggs butter and cheese so I looked at her menu plan and she had a whole seven-day menu plan on what you can eat on the egg fast so decided to eat her menu plan for the first five days you're eating just the egg fast foods and then for day six and seven you're transitioning so that you don't gain you know what you've lost it back on day six you're eating chicken wings for dinner and on day seven you're eating like a bowl of chili for dinner so it was a nice way to transition into eating the keto diet again so I followed her plan exactly exactly what was on the menu plan drank a hundred and twelve ounces of water every day even when there were days where it was almost my bedtime and I still had a bottle of water to go I still chugged it down because I wanted to do exactly what was
on the plan just to see how much I could lose I didn't drink any artificial sweeteners I didn't drink any diet soda or salsa water in the mornings you're supposed to start with black coffee or bulletproof coffee I chose to do bulletproof coffee and what I had was black coffee with a tablespoon of MCT
oil and a tablespoon of butter and I just whizzed it up in my Ninja and when you whizz it up like that it gets so mixed up and so frothy that you don't even miss the heavy cream because it looks creamy and it tastes really good and I like how in the I breathe I'm hungry menu plan you start off with
standard things like you know like regular eggs and egg salad and deviled eggs and an omelet for dinner and as you
go through the menu and as you go through the days she gets more creative like she created snickerdoodle crates
and this delicious caramel custard that I'm going to be keeping as a dessert she had days five you get to eat a
fettuccine alfredo it's like a fettuccine made with eggs and I'm definitely going to be keeping that fettuccine sauce because it was so good it was really easy to follow because all the food was delicious I didn't feel deprived I didn't feel hungry there are even times where I was really full and how to force myself to eat because I wanted to eat what was on the menu plan and I'm excited that I lost ten pounds now like I said before I don't know if um the reason why I lost 10 pounds was because I already had a wiki a four point nine pounds um but still you know I'm ten pounds down I weighed myself on Tuesday and Wednesday and I was still ten pounds down I didn't have any gain whatsoever and I believe
that's because I you know did the transition on day six in day seven I really recommend it if you're going through a stall that you want to jumpstart weight loss or you want to
lose some weight before an event or something like that I really recommend it. I'm going to be incorporating the egg fast. once a month into my plan just so I can keep my weight loss steady. I still I'm down seventy pounds, but I still have
a long way to go, so I'm  going to definitely incorporate the egg fat into my plan once a month.
